Set rel canonical for Urls parameters page

Hi Enfold Support (the best!), I have several page with Urls parameters in my enfold shop site created for every category and subcategory page. They are all nofollow. After a deep study and read related post, I decided to remove rel=nofollow and insert rel=canonical for all that page, pointing every page to related category or subcategory product page. Other solutions like “disallow in robots” not are my case. In this way I could avoid duplicate content. Please, could you tell me how can I do this?
