Please help!
I now have strange things appearing on each and every page and post. I think it is a line of hyperlinks to other posts/pages (there are three of them). It also has a “search” icon. I didn’t do this…how can I delete it? I have a screenshot but I don’t seem to be able to attach it.October 16, 2017 at 10:08 pm #864976Hey,
Please flush cache in W3 Total Cache settings and refresh your page a few times. That should help. If it does not, please create a temporary admin login and post it here privately so we can look into it.
Regards,
YigitOctober 17, 2017 at 5:47 am #865123Thank you Yigit,,,what is flash cash? This is what I saw as setting options
General | Page Cache | Minify | Opcode Cache | Database Cache | Object Cache | Browser Cache | CDN | Reverse Proxy | Monitoring | Monitoring | Fragment Cache | Miscellaneous | Debug | Import / Export Settings | Compatibility Test
October 17, 2017 at 10:20 am #865213Hi,
I’m not sure what you mean by flash cash, that is something very different from flushing the cache I would imagine. In your caching plugin, flush everything possible then deactivate the plugin to see if your issues go away.

I am now confused. I have never added this WP Total Cache plugin. I didn’t ask for it. I thought your theme automatically allow this plugin to be installed. (Otherwise how did it sneak into my website?) I am not savvy enough to know what this plugins does, and I have no idea how to flush cache. How do I do ii? Also, Is this a plugin I can just deactivate without messing my website up? Since I keep seeing plugins I don’t remember installing, I have no idea what to do.
October 17, 2017 at 9:28 pm #865456Hey,
Please create a temporary admin login and post it here privately so we can flush cache for you. You can go to Users > Add New and create a new user (you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) as email but please post login credentials here so any available moderator can look into it) with “Administrator” user role.
Also, if you have/had a developer, they must have installed those plugins. Only plugin included in Enfold is LayerSlider WP plugin.
Best regards,
YigitOctober 19, 2017 at 4:56 am #866059Did receive my info? When do you think you can do it?? thanks….
October 19, 2017 at 2:37 pm #866235Hi,
No, we have not. Please try posting them once again in private content field. We will try to look into it as soon as we can.

YigitOctober 19, 2017 at 8:53 pm #866443this is what I did last time. Can you see it now?
October 19, 2017 at 9:09 pm #866453Hi,
I can only see a password but not a username. I tried “admin” and that did not work. Can you please share the username as well?
Cheers!
YigitOctober 20, 2017 at 9:35 pm #866872If you didn’t receive my previous message i don’t know how to use “private content” (which I used last time). Please please let me know if you don’t see the info I am sending with this…the weird things are still showing….

October 24, 2017 at 3:34 am #867943Hi,
We are very sorry for the late response. The login credentials are not working. Please check if there are any modifications in the functions.php file.
Best regards,
IsmaelOctober 24, 2017 at 8:53 pm #868396what do you mean by modifications in the functions. php? I am not that savvy so I don’t change anything except updating posts. I did “empty all cache” but the weird things don’t go away…..
October 25, 2017 at 7:29 pm #868906What is the status? I think there is something that is fundamentally wrong. I cannot access to my content because the connection keeps getting lost. I am also working with the host, I need to know what’s causing the problem.
October 25, 2017 at 10:59 pm #868989Any updates? Thanks…
