    Hallo,

    So, the problem is, that we created a beautiful site which is named “Küchenfee”. There are buttons and so on.
    Also we have a shopping category named “Küchenfee” and this isn’t a beautiful site because it is a category-site. We want to change the breadcrumb-link, that if somebody clicks on “Küchenfee” (Category) in the breadcrumbs, they come to the site “Küchenfee”.
    You can see the difference in these two links I added to my first posting.

    Thank you,
    Viola

    Hi,

    Thank you for the clarification. You can redirect the “Küchenfee” archive or category page to the “Küchenfee” page. Please install the following plugin.

    // https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-301-redirects/

    Create a new rule for the “Küchenfee” redirection. The plugin panel or settings is quite simple and I’m sure you’ll understand it in no time.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hi,
    I installed the plugin and added a redirect, but nothing has changed :(
    I made a temporary admin account, please have a look at it!

    Thank you

    Hi,

    It’s probably not working because of the umlaut in the url. Is it OK if that character is removed? Try to do a redirect in the .htaccess file.

    // http://www.inmotionhosting.com/support/website/redirects/setting-up-a-301-permanent-redirect-via-htaccess

    Example:

    Redirect 301 /produkt-kategorie/kuechenfee/ /kuechenfee/

    Best regards,
    Ismael
