Hello,
I bought the theme ‘Enfold – consulting (http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-consulting/) and built up my whole website on it. Now I realize it’s not responsive, I’ve checked on several phones. However, when I do the test on the admin interface, all seems normal.
Can you please help?

It also seems to go well when I test the responsiveness on a website like this one for example .
But it doesn’t work on my phone,, nor on a couple of other phones I’ve tried on. On the website I mentioned, it says everything is fine but it shows the display on the device, and that’s exactly what i get on my phone : doesn’t work.Thanks for your help !

Perhaps I misunderstood, do you mean that your site just shows the code on your phone?
please see screenshot in Private Content area.
I think this is due to a plugin, Try disabling your plugins. If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.
Or Can you please include a admin login in the private content area so we can take a closer look.Best regards,

Yes the screenshot in the private content area was from my phone. Your site in mobile view is not how Enfold should look, so that is why I asked you to disable all of your plugins. Did you get a change to try that? After you try that also clear your browser and site cache.

Thank you very much I understand now. I didn’t the first time (your message was clear, I don’t know why I did not understand it at once). I’ll uninstall the plugins now and let you know.

It worked ! Actually the plugin Jetpack was causing that.
