Hallo allerseits,
der Import der Demo-Dateien bricht ab mit dem Kommentar: Import didn`t work. You might want to reload the page…
Ich will meine 63.- zurück!Grüße Rainer

Thanks for the login details. Which demo are you trying to import? Are we allowed to try to import?

RikardOctober 17, 2017 at 11:01 am #865228Hi Rikard,
I tried the demo “Default” and “2017” several times on a clean wordpress and database installation here on Strato and on another domain on Host Europe. Please try to import!Best regards
RainerOctober 18, 2017 at 6:57 am #865550Hi Rainer,
I tried importing the 2017 demo and that seems to have worked out as it should, could you review your site please? Make sure to clear your browser cache and reload the site if you should not see the demo.

RikardOctober 18, 2017 at 9:33 pm #865915Hi Rikard, thanks for your trying but are you kidding? Can´t you see, that the main-menu consists of no less than 21 items and is on the left overlayed by the “Enfold”-logo? This is not a matter of display, this template is tumbled by the demo-import. I have no trust, that Enfold is a stable basis for serious work.
Best wishes
RainerOctober 19, 2017 at 10:00 pm #866482Hi Rainer,
The situation with the menu seems to have happened when the demo import was imported several times and no reset was made in between, So the menu looks like a mess and that is a fallback menu too. Users are supposed to create their own and set it as the main menu.
Sorry to hear that Enfold does not inspire you. We don’t have any issue with you getting the refund, but Envato should handle that side of things, so I guess you have to wait for their reply. Let us know if you should need any action from us.

VictoriaOctober 20, 2017 at 11:07 pm #866903Hi Victoria,
thanks for your answer. It is very unlikely, that the problem with the chaotic menu was caused by importig the demo several times. First: Importing more than once would not have been necessary, if the import just had worked fine. I made several attempts because the resulting demo site was a mess, the menu scattered over header, slider and logo. Installation of Enfold and import of the domo was made on a fresh database- and WordPress-installation on Host Europe: Is a such an installation supposed to look like this?
For the second and third attempt I switched to my Strato account, database and wordpress were deleted and newly installed and the result was the same. I had several WordPress and Joomla templates before and never ever did import of demo files result in a page like this. So, it is not the case, that „Enfold does not inspire“ me as you wrote – I like it but it
s just not working, thats the whole thing of it. Perhaps is`s worthwhile for you to think about that.Greetings Rainer
October 22, 2017 at 6:57 am #867157Hi Rainer,
About the menu; you need to create and assign your own menu under Appearance->Menus, by default all the pages on the installation will populate the menu until you do so. Otherwise I guess you would have the problem of no menu showing up at all? Please try to create and assign your own menu.
Best regards,
