    Hi,

    Please can you help with this problem. I’ve been trying to install the instagram feed on http://www.createcareglobal.org with no success.

    I have installed the instagram plugin and have the key. That instructs me to place the small piece of html code into the footer. I have installed a text box into the Footer column three widget and pasted the code. Whenever I save this, the text box completely disappears and no instagram shows up.

    Underneath the footer widgets it shows a widget named instagram. But I cannot see how to move or edit this in anyway. If I add a text box to this to include the instragram code, it only allows me to select 1 as a position, not where I want it, in the footer. When I open it again, it has automatically selected inactive widget.

    Hopefully you can tell me what to do. Many thanks.

    Hey SandyMcD,

    I have checked your site and there’s a lot of js errors in the console. Can you try to disable other plugins except for instagram and check? if that works, try to enable the plugins one by one to know which plugin causes the issue/conflict.
