i best Support Team ever,
we had our logo redesigned and I proudly put it on our https://www.musikzentrale.net website, using SVG Format for the first time. It worked perfect with IE, Safari and FF, but both logos (standard logo and the one for transparent header) remain invisible in Chrome. SVG Support Plugin is ready and active.
Thanks for your kind assistance, Cheers

I have checked your site using the Chrome console and there is a jQuery issue. Please, disable all of the plugins and check it again.
Best regards,
John TorvikOctober 10, 2017 at 3:53 pm #862497HI John,
thanks for your quick reply. I had already checked if there is a plugin conflict, but since the error occurs on other websites of mine (using different themes, plugins a.s.o), it seems that the issue is related to the way I create the SVG.
Here is my procedure: Get the Original *.ai oder *.eps files from the graphic, crop and copy it to my needs of size and proportion in Photoshop, export via Edit –> Export as –> SVG, set as Logo (icon, background or whatever) and it works great in Safari, FF and IE – but unfortunately not in Chrome. Maybe someone has the same experiences and can share some kind of workaround.
Best regards, Sebastian
October 11, 2017 at 9:32 am #862780Solved: I could solve the issue with the help of a great tutorial dealing with svg editing and exporting (sorry, it is in german):
In my case the export setting “interactive” was responsible for chrome not displaying svg logo at all. Deactivate this feature and it worked. Since the logo is the perfect example for a fixed size image, I can live with this workaround.
Maybe it is of some help.
