I have last week been trying to solve our problem. We have our main webpage in Finnish. In the top right corner you can klick on the English flag and this will take you to a page where we have a short introduction in English. When you are on this page, you will see only a Finnish flag up to the right.
This page is not made by us and I have now been trying to copy what I find here to the new page, without success.Now we have made a second page with Enfold our selves and I am not able to find a solution how to make this happen. I can see that there is some code in the menu starting with <img, and the flag pics name included. Do I need a plugin for this or how can I make this happen?

The question is, do you want to be able to translate all the pages of your website or just have one page in English?
If just one page, you can make that page and make a custom menu item with a flag and take your users to that page that way.
If you want your site to be bi-lingual than you need a translation plugin, like WPML, it has the flags functionality too.
