    Hi, I just installed this theme on a brand new install, and have made very few content changes, and I am constantly getting kicked out with the following error message.

    This page isn’t working

    elevatefitnpt.com didn’t send any data.
    ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE

    I also have tried deactivating the few plugins and no luck. Please help, I do like the theme but need it to work, otherwise need to request a refund and start over.

    I should add that I have done all of the following with no luck:
    – switched to another theme and content updates work
    – checked with hosting
    – disabled the minimal plugins that are active
    – tried other browsers

    Hey nahmialm,
    I was unable to login, please check.

    1) Please try deactivating any running plugins to see if that fixes the issue. If it does then reactivate one by one until you isolate the one causing the problem.
    2) Are you using an updated php version? Make sure you are using php ver 7.1+

    Hi, I have disabled all of the plugins and still no luck. I have also increased all memory options to the largest possible and still cant edit and save a page.

    Just tried to edit a page and got the same error message. I was able to login with the credentials I sent give it another try.

    Hi,
    I was able to edit two pages that were in draft, and publish one page, then change the status back to draft, with no issues.
    What browser are you using?
    As a side note, I see your “PHP ZipArchive Extension” is disabled, you will need that going forward, please contact your host to enable it.

    Hi Mike, I just tried two separate computers and all browers and I am still getting the same resulting error.

    Specifically, the page I am editing is the resources page, and adding a content block to the tabs, upon saving I get the same error.

    I can send a video if thats necessary as well.

    Hi Lindsey,

    Yes please, send us the video, that would be very helpful. I was able to edit the page and it was saved. Are you having issues with the new pages or with old pages? Which version of php are you running?

    Hi Victoria,
    Specifically, it is a new page Resources, and it has to to do with page builder. You can edit it once, but not twice, and when you try to edit it twice is when everything breaks, I am running php 7.1 and everything is up to date with regards to the settings Mike shared.

    Attached is the screen cast.

    As stated before, I have tried every browser and two separate computers and this is still happening.

    Hi, still having this issue with the resources page, checkout the video.

    The site is almost done and the other issue I am having is the mobile display is not working, I have done no custom css to that. Please advise what I need to do to get the mobile display activated.

    Since, I have not heard back, we have deleted the page, the issue here is cleary with the tabs content type.

    Hi, since yesterday I’ve been receiving the ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE error in my website: http://www.paulomachado.com

    I have already tried:

    1. Using different browsers
    2. Clearing the Cache
    3. Reseting Network Connections
    ipconfig /release
    ipconfig /all
    ipconfig /flushdns
    ipconfig /renew
    netsh int ip set dns
    netsh winsock reset

    4. Changing PHP
    memory_limit=128M
    max_input_vars=2000
    upload_max_filesize=64M
    post_max_size=64M
    max_execution_time=120

    And I still getting the error… It goes back online, but after a while, it goes down.
    Could you please help me ASAP, since I am in a middle of a Sales Campagin through the website?

    I will provide you with a temporary user.
