Hello:
This site had previously been centering the slides without issue, but after one of the recent updates, it is now not resizing and runs off the right side. I’m out of the support window, but have been maintaining this site for an old client and not sure what to tell them. I tried adjusting some setting but no luck. Thank you!
October 9, 2017 at 10:51 pm #862158Hey,
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

Thank you for the info.
This is an issue with the layer slider and the theme’s boxed layout. Please add this code in the QuicK CSS Field.
#top .avia-layerslider .ls-wp-container { width: 100% !important; } #top .avia-layerslider .ls-wp-container .ls-slide-backgrounds * { max-width: 100% !important; width: 100% !important; transform: translateX(0) translateY(0) !important; transition: none !important; } #top .ls-inner .ls-slide-transition-wrapper, #top .ls-inner .ls-slide-transition-wrapper * { width: 100% !important; max-width: 100% !important; transform: none !important; transition: none !important; }
Best regards,
IsmaelOctober 12, 2017 at 1:51 pm #863419Thank you. I pasted that into the theme Quick CSS field, saved, cleared cache, but the issue hasn’t changed. Please advise. thanks.
October 17, 2017 at 5:26 am #865103Hi,
We can’t fix it but there’s a workaround. Please set the Slider Settings > Layout to “Fixed” and then hide the slider on mobile devices. Set the “Hide Under” field to “767”. After that, add another full width or full screen slider for mobile view. Use the slider’s Screen Options settings.
