    Hey guys,
    I am having an issue where your background video only pulls up a spinning wheel when a plugin that’s a critical part of the web solution is activated. Curious to know if you have any thoughts.

    If the IDX Plugin is causing the problem, you need to contact the plugin`s team and ask about the compatibility with our theme.

    Unfortunately, we’re very limited in the support we can provide to third-party plugin conflicts. Due the sheer amount available, we can’t guarantee compatibility with all available plugins.
