    Blank space above menu, hamburger menu icon disappearing on mouse out.

    How do I remove the blank space above the menu items on flyover menu?

    Hey davelaar,

    Did you hide the close button? There is no way to close the flyout. Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look? And can you disable caching and minification for now, please.

    Hi davelaar,

    It looks to me like the update did not overwrite the files properly. Could you please update your theme manually via FTP?

    Hi,

    I’m guessing you have added some customisations to the theme? If so then please try to remove them to see if any of them is causing the issue.

    I have made a fresh WordPress install to make sure the problems with the menu are not made by me.

    What I did to recreate the problem from disappearing menu icon.

    Install “Shop” demo, Set Menu Items for Desktop “Display as Icon”, Menu Overlay Style “Full Page Overlay Menu”.

    Now icon disappears on mouse out.

    Looks like it’s working on the clean installation. It does not disappear on my side. Which browser are you using and on what screen sizes does it disappear?

    Sorry, temporarily disabled Full Page Overlay Menu. By the way, I’m using safari on a macbook pro 15 inch. Problem is also their on my Windows desktop @ 1920X1080 resolution

    It finally is working. I am using Chrome on a macbook pro 15, checked in Safari too, the icon does not disappear. Could you please clear the cache, check again and get back to us.

    I did not do anything. I think the files got overwritten properly finally and it got fixed.
