October 3, 2017 at 5:32 am #859467Hi,
Thanks for that, I get the same problem on my end. You are running a pretty old version of the theme. Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.1.2) to see if that helps please? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
If that doesn’t help then please follow this for general debugging: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/my-enfold-layout-builder-is-not-loading-properly/

PL LindholmOctober 3, 2017 at 10:42 am #859572Hi again,
I inactivated all plugins and then it worked to edit the pages with enfold layout.
But the new version is not possible to run due to that menus does not work
Also if i add the user name and API key where the update is it says that i have the latest version, Theme Updates
No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (3.3.2)
October 4, 2017 at 7:21 am #859939Hi,
Thanks for the feedback. We’ve had some problem with the menus in the last update. Maybe you could try the previous version? If so then please have a look in private.
Your server environment might not be compatible with the automatic updates, that might be why it’s not working. Though you could try to run a plugin like this to clear all WordPress transients to see if it helps: https://wordpress.org/plugins/transients-manager/
If not, then you most likely need to update manually via FTP: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/. You could try to contact your hosting provider as well to see if they know why you can’t access the updates.

RikardOctober 4, 2017 at 9:35 am #860050Hi,
The problem is all in one SEO latest version Version 2.4.1.1
I tried with the previous version and that works fine with the all in one SEO, so you have a problem with the latest version both with menus and the plugin all in one latest version
Best regards
