change a custom tempalte elements

Hi, I have saved a custom template element (a model) with many elements inside (text, links, etc). I have applied and used this model inside at least 20 pages.

Now I have to modified one small word inside a text. Ho can I edit it, without changing it singular inside the other 20 pages ?
