Some users are not able to submit a comment on my Enfold blog. They get an error “Cannot send info” (tested and verified in Chrome).
When I deactivate Jetpack, the comments work as they should.
I manage a few websites using Enfold + Jetpack and this is the only site known to have issues like this.
I do like being able to utilize Jetpack, so I’m wondering if there’s anything that can be done to make Enfold more compatible with Jetpack? Or, is anyone aware of this problem and has a fix or some ideas to try?
Did you check what setting you have in JetPack on the sites where it doesn’t cause problems? Are they any different from the ones on the site where you are having problems?
