    What size image will give the best results for blog articles? Also I have used the Blog Post content element and I want the images to be all the same size and fit the window (no white strips down the side) so knowing the best size will help me when preparing images for the blog.

    Hi,

    Try the following:
    1. Install this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-image-sizes/
    2. Go to Settings > Media
    3. Change the portfolio image size (increase its width / height).
    4. Regenerate the thumbnails by clicking the button at the bottom.

    You can try setting the size to 700x400px
