Hello,
I installed and configured WooCommerce Memberships on a client website. The users need to have a membership in order to get access to certain page content. I created a test page using the Default Editor and the page was only accessible to members as it should be (everything was working fine). I then tried to go live with the membership function on a page that uses the Avia Layout Builder, but the content restriction isn’t working – it allows anyone to see the page despite the restrictions set-up.
I tested this on a fresh new page and tested going back and forth between the Default Editor and the Avia Layout Builder, but the issue remains. I deactivated all plugins besides the WooCommerce plugins and it still did not make a difference.
Any thoughts?
Thanks, Jenn
Hey tbo24,
Not all of plugins are compatible with the Advanced Layout Builder, so, we can’t-do anything about this because the Advanced layout builder doesn`t work with all Woocommerce functions.

Update for my fellow Enfold users:
I checked in with WooCommerce and the issue is that I had the Hide Content Restriction set to “Hide Content Only”, which doesn’t work with the layout builder in Enfold. Under WooCommerce > Settings > Memberships > General, you have to have it set to “Hide Completely” or “Redirect to page” and adjust your restriction messages accordingly.
Hi,
Great, glad you found the problem and thanks for sharing, much appreciated. Please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic or if we can close it.
