    Hi,

    Recently purchased this theme and I’m having difficulty installing the Demo. It just says “importing didn’t work! you might want to try reloading the page and trying again”.

    Any thoughts?

    Please send us a temporary admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply. Also, which demo are you trying to import?

    Sure thing – I’m trying to install the Enfold 2017 demo. Other demos seem to be able to be imported alright, it’s only this one that gives me trouble. If you are able to get it working, please let me know what the issue was – I’ve been tinkering with this for awhile and have been unable to get it to work correctly.

    The reset plugin is already installed if you need to reset things.

    Actually I think I figured it out – I’m going to use a different demo import that worked earlier – so no action necessary on your part – thanks for your help tho!
