    A site I’m working on is set up with Enfold as a parent/child theme. I noticed that menu text isn’t being displayed on the 404 page. I’m not sure what is causing the issue. I’m providing a link and login information in the private content.

    Thanks for the details, though they seem to not be working. Could you check and verify please?

    About your problem; did you try to disable all plugins to see if there is a conflict coming from any of them?

    Sorry about that! I just reset the credentials.

    And I’m going to check carefully for plugin conflicts now.

    I confirmed the new credentials I supplied worked.

    Also, I disabled all plugins, and that had no effect on the error.

    Hi AJDesignCo,

    Can you give that user admin rights, we cannot check anything like that. I checked the html, the menu is there, but all the links are empty. How did you configure your 404 page?

    I’m sorry, but this is not working. How did you configure the 404 page and how do you expect us to check anything without any menu in the dashboard?
