Hello everyone,
We were having a create time with creating our Enfold site, up to the moment we decided to take the next step and install the woocommerce plugin to create a shop. The page is still online, but the sitebuilder is completely blank (white screen) and we don’t know what to do. Can you please help?

Thank you for using Enfold.
Please increase the WordPress memory limit to at least 256M. Edit the wp-config.php file and add the following line.
define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');

Or contact your hosting provider.

We contacted our hosting provider and increased the memory as suggested by you.
However, not everything is solved:
In administrator mode we can now see the dashboard and configurations of the site…
… but we cannot see some of the lower level content, namely the individual pages, or the files in the mediathek are not listed.

Unfortunately i do not know how to send a picture/screenshot.
But it is easy to demonstrate: just go to the Mediathek, we are using pictures on the site, however they are not listed in the Mediathek.
The login data is sent as private content.

We have now realised that several functionalities do not work, for example (link in private content) the establishment of shipment zones does not work. The tool stays pending and does not allow us to create a zone nor to save.

The installation of the woocommerce plugin has disabled several functionalities that were previously available.
In the private content there are three additional items that are not working. Can you please help?

The memory limit is set to 128M. Please increase it to 256M then ask your hosting provider if the server is blocking the /wordpress/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php file. Is the site hosted on GoDaddy?

We had already previously edited the wp-admin.php file to include 256M. Should we edit another file?

This is the answer received from the hosting provider:
“I regret, but this value can not be set from my side, as such high value can lead to the server overload.
Let me please also add that memory limit can be set manually to the next path /supernaturefoods.net/cgi-bin/php.ini”What do you recommend to do?

Not much we can do we are afraid on that.
WordPress recomends that on their Codex, as it seems your hosting provider is not optimized for WordPressBest regards,
