    Hi there,

    I’ve been using this template for some time and for some reason on this current project when I try to set the Enfold theme options, it will always give me a message that:

    Saving didn’t work!
    Please reload the page and try again

    I reload the page and it still doesn’t work. I uninstalled and reinstalled and it isn’t working. I also deactivated plugins to test and see if it makes a difference. Has anyone else had this problem and can they give me the solution?

    Hey Chris,

    Thanks for the login details. You are getting the following server error when trying to save on the backend:

    Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error) - /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php

    Could you forward that to your hosting provider to see why the server is throwing that error please?
