Hello, We have been using with great success and for quite some time our website http://www.antoniomarelli.com. All of a sudden it is no longer possible to upload IMAGES into POSTS. This is a serious impediment to our work. Could you please tell me how we can have this unexpected problem fixed. Perhaps you have an expert at hand who could look into this. Are you using the most up to date version of the theme? Also, please try disabling all active plugins and see if this alleviates the issue. Finally, please active the default WorPress theme and see if this issue still happens.

I am not an expert at WordPress and Enfold, so I am a bit apprehensive that I might do some unwanted damage to the website and thus make things worse. Hello Jordan, I followed your suggestions but only got more problems, namely the Google API KEY went invalid and I had to define a new one. Don’t know if that’s OK now- In any case the original problem remains unsolved. In POSTS, in the ADD FEATURED MEDIA section, it is impossible to UPLOAD an image. When you click on the UPLOAD button, it just gets a colored halo around it and nothing happens (i.e. no image is loaded).

I would be very grateful if someone at KRIESI could take over this matter and fix it. As I said, this is our live business website and we have to keep it in order!

It has only been compounded by additional issues, including an invalid API problem and the audio piece in the homepage, which no longer works.

I hope that someone at Kriesi can review our website, clean up the new problems we now have (see above) and resolve our problem with the blocked image uploads.
