Using the form shows the text for the title and for the submit button but you can not edit this text. Even if you add your own text, it still only displays the default.
How can I place my own text on the button?

I just tested the contact form using ALB or via magic want but it works on my end, can you give us temporary admin access? as well as the login link of your site, and the page mentioned that has this issue, so we can check the backend. Just post the details in private content so it is only visible to the moderators and you (thread creator).
