Hi there,
We have 3 sites with the Enfold Theme and we are quite happy with it. Great job on a great looking theme!
Issue we are having is that the slider, although 2 of the 3 sites use almost identical ones, the layer slider doesn’t appear properly. For example, we have text centred in the slider, but when it appears on the site, it’s not centered on either site.
I need some guidance here to get them to appear properly. I’ve struggle with this for some time and have not had any success.

I got the text in the middle on the financial site, it does not look centered on the preview, but does on the website. You can see, it only takes playing with the top left % setting in styles for layers.
You can do the same on other sites. And it need to be adjusted for other screen sizes. TO do so, please give a class to that slide and we will try to make it work on other screen sizes, if you need our help.Best regards,

I did not do any changes to any other slides, other than the one with the yellow background. SO the first image should not look any different. Which screen size is on your last screenshot? Which browser are you using?
Best regards,
VictoriaSeptember 14, 2017 at 4:03 pm #852127My current display settings is 1980 x 1080 and I use Google Chrome for a browser.
Not sure why they would appear so differently.
September 20, 2017 at 4:23 am #854118Hi,
Have you tried adding the background image as an actual layer? Set the width and height manually.

IsmaelSeptember 22, 2017 at 10:40 pm #855621I have now on the avenuefinancial.com site… works ok on desktop, but now on mobile it blanks out the image during transitions….
September 25, 2017 at 5:24 am #856301Hi,
Could you please provide a screencast? I can’t reproduce it on mobile view. One workaround is to disable the layer slider on mobile view and add another simple slider.
Best regards,
IsmaelSeptember 25, 2017 at 10:25 pm #856711Thanks for helping with this…
When I view my site on my iPhone or my iPad, the static images in the slider are only visible when the 3D effect of the transition is playing. When the image is supposed to be static and displayed, the screen is white.
As per the images below, the image ending in 33 is how it appears while it’s supposed to be showing the image. The image ending in 34 is what it appears like when the transitions between the slides is going on.

September 26, 2017 at 2:18 pm #856927Hi ckonanz,
I am on a Mac and all the sliders are working just fine in Chrome and FF, but work funny on Safari.
Best regards,
VictoriaSeptember 26, 2017 at 2:21 pm #856928Is there anything I can do to make that work on Safari?
September 26, 2017 at 2:48 pm #856948Also, and this is a bit odd, but the slider is slightly hidden under the menu bar at the top. Is there a simply CSS code to fix it’s placement to be below the menu rather than behind it?
