    Hi Kriesi Team,

I’m having problems with images not displaying at all… Once uploaded, only certain medium, sometimes large images display, but not the original image size. This is any type of section, be it the IMAGE section, CODE, TEXT BLOCK etc…

Even when creating a 125x125px for the ‘Specials’ widget, nothing shows.

    Any ideas welcomed.

    cheers

    Hi,

Thanks for the login details. I’m not sure how to reproduce the error though? Please provide step by step instructions.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Thanks Rikard.

When uploading the original image file, and trying to place it – it won’t display, and the thumbnail is blank – unless I choose ‘medium’ ‘large’ etc. So the original higher res images just aren’t there – does that make sense?

    regards

    Hi,

Thanks for the feedback. I created a test page but I can’t reproduce the issue, it seems to work as expected. Can you reproduce it on the page in private?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

??? Ok, you seem to have the magic touch Rikard. All seems to working now. Since I installed the theme, the full size originals just wouldn’t display – but now they are! Strange. Thanks

    Hi,

Ok, great. Not sure what could have caused that but I’m glad it’s working again. We’ll keep the thread open in case you should have any further problems on the topic.

    Best regards,
    Rikard
