Here are the infos :September 11, 2017 at 3:11 am #850283Hi,
My problem is that the submenus of menu 2 are not displayed on mobile. It seems that submenus (level 2) are displayed only if menu have 3 levels.
Please note that the mega menu columns are not going to display on mobile if they are empty or do not contain any sub menu items. Add a sub menu item to the menu 2’s mega menu columns.

September 11, 2017 at 9:55 pm #850685Hi,
Unfortunately it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However if its really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)

September 12, 2017 at 9:12 am #850883Hi,
wow …. you just mean the theme cannot display submenus ? …..
I’m very sorry for the confusion. That is not true at all.
sub menu 2.1 and sub menu 2.2 have no sub menu, but i just want to display sub menu 2.1 and sub menu 2.2 on mobile, when i click on menu 2….
That is actually the problem. They are mega menu columns without a sub menu item. Again, empty mega menu columns are not going to display on mobile view so you have to move its content/image/link to a sub menu item. Do not use mega menu column as an actual menu item, only use it to separate groups or sets of menu items.

IsmaelSeptember 12, 2017 at 9:43 am #850912i dont undertand …. why menu columns without a sub menu item are not going to display on mobile ONLY on mobile ?
September 12, 2017 at 9:45 am #850914and its not possible to manage 2 menu ? one for desktop and one for mobile ?
September 13, 2017 at 6:27 am #851371Hey!
i dont undertand …. why menu columns without a sub menu item are not going to display on mobile ONLY on mobile ?
It’s what the new script does. Again, please DO NOT use the mega menu columns as actual menu items. Only use it to separate group or sets of menu items. We created an item called “Mega Menu” in the main menu. Please check how the two mega menu columns behave on mobile.
Cheers!
