Adding Plugin (Instagram Feed) above Header

Hi Kriesi and Team-

I would like to add some custom CSS to allow a plugin to be displayed above my header. See Private Content for an example.
I currently have it displayed on my home page down at the bottom (I just noticed it has stopped working….just ignore that- I am solving that separately with the plugin developer).

Hopefully you don’t get this note twice. I submitted it last week, or thought I did, but now cannot find a link to it or any follow up on it so I assume something happened to it…
