Hi team,
Since updating to Enfold 4.1.2 there’s now an incompatibility with the Woocommerce Dynamic Pricing plugin which allows you to make category based discounts across your store. Until the update we’d been using the plugin happily, now the discounted price – which used to display on the shop pages – only displays once you add the product to your cart – which isn’t particularly user friendly for customers if you’re advertising you’re having a sale.
I’m not sure if you have a lot of people wanting to use Enfold and this plugin (not a lot in the forum about it) but I thought it was worth mentioning as they used to be compatible but aren’t so much anymore.

We would like to look into this, Please include the url to the page in question so we can take a closer look, can you add some screenshots so we will know what to look for?
I assume you tried to disable other plugins, to check for conflicts?Best regards,

Thanks for your reply.Screenshots as follows:
Discount set up by category in the plugin – http://imgur.com/a/cTfTD
No sale prices displaying in the shop catalogue – https://imgur.com/a/H9PaE
No sale price showing on the single product page – https://imgur.com/a/Hh8qR
Item added to the cart, sale price now appears – https://imgur.com/a/jS9Ay
Switched to the Woocomerce ‘Storefront’ theme, discounted prices show in the shop catalogue pages – https://imgur.com/a/DKIuwSince I can’t leave the sale on, I’ve made a test product which has a discount that you can see once you add it to your cart.
I tried turning off all plugins etc, couldn’t find a conflict, only thing that worked was switching theme.

Jessie @ TankerSeptember 7, 2017 at 9:05 pm #849228Hi,
I am afraid you’ll need to contact the plugin author for more info about the issue. Making third-party plugins compatible with the theme is unfortunately beyond the support scope we offer. Sorry for that!
Best regards,
BasilisSeptember 8, 2017 at 2:01 am #849354Hi Basilis,
Yeah I contacted Woocommerce first it’s one of theirs. Since the issue only arises with Enfold and not other default themes, they won’t do anything about it.
Cheers,
JessieSeptember 10, 2017 at 10:24 pm #850250Hi,
We do not promise compatibility with all the available plugins although so we cant help.
If they can guide you on what the issue is or why it come, we might be able to help you furtherBest regards,
