[Domain]/[Category permalink]/[Post]
Instead of the way it is now ([Domain]/portfolio-item/[Post])And also the categories to be [Domain]/[Category permalink]

To accomplish it is necessary a custom code and you can hire a freelance to do it because it isn`t included in our support scope.

Have you tried using the following plugin?

Please remove the previous modification then try the plugin. Note that you can only include one category in the url.
