    Hello.
    I want to use 1/4 element opposite to 3/4. So this 1/4 would be like a menu which have links to 3/4 anchors. So when you will click anchor link and scroll down through page 3/4 element will scroll but 1/4 element should stick to header.
    Please can you explain me in details is there a solution for me.
