    The footer margin suddenly expanded when I chose no sidebar, and now It stays that way even I I put sidebar back on. How to I make the sidebar stay the regular default small size?

    Hey apheliotes,

    This has more to do with the content height on the page. Please add the following to quick css:

    .main_color.container_wrap > .container {
min-height: 2000px;
}

    Hi jordan, that code helped a bit, but that makes the the page extra long. For example if you look at my contact page there is so much extra white area after the contact box. Is there a way to change the min-height to just become however much content is on the page like in the enfold2017 demos?

    Hi,

    With the page being responsive to the amount of text on the page it would need to be adjusted. If the contact page is bad, the css can be adjusted specifically for that page. You can reduce that min height to whatever you want if its too much.

    actually I don’t think that solved it at all, i’m trying to follow a video guide at the moment and when i’m trying to put in a portfolio with the masonry the footer just expands super high all of a sudden. Not only that I thought about it for awhile so I decided to do an install with a child theme now and so basically everything is default at the moment except for a few minor things. The footer is still super high. Can somebody go in my account and take a look please?

    Hi,

    I can’t see anything like in your screenshot on the page in private. Where can we see that page in question? Please note that the footer will extend to the bottom of the page if there is not enough content on the page.
