My header background image doesn’t display with full-width image slider activated: http://ustriminc.com/ely/home2/
August 31, 2017 at 4:15 pm #846336Hey,
I edited your page, removed empty 1/1 column element from the top of the page and chose not to display transparent header. Custom header background images do not show up when transparent header is chosen. Please review your website :)
Best regards,
YigitAugust 31, 2017 at 5:44 pm #846418Thank you Yigit. There is a gap in the bottom of the header and I do not know how to fix it. I can’t locate the div the image is actually in. Can you please take a look at this? Thank you!

September 4, 2017 at 9:03 pm #847880Hi,
I have opened your web site and I can not see any issue like what you describe, have you fixed or it is a cache issue for you?
Best regards,
BasilisSeptember 4, 2017 at 9:46 pm #847900Please scroll to the top of the home page in Chrome.
September 5, 2017 at 12:10 pm #848063Hi,
Thanks for the screenshot, though I can’t reproduce the error on my end either using Chrome. Are you sure it’s not caching? Did you open the page in an Incognito tab?
Best regards,
RikardSeptember 5, 2017 at 10:35 pm #848356Wow, you’re right about this Chrome and Safari. When I’m logged in, I see the gap – even after clearing history and cache in Chrome. When I login it’s back. This is a new one for me – never seen this before. However, it’s showing up in Firefox when I’m not logged in (using Firefox browser). And, it continues to show in FF after clearing history, cache, and opening a new private window. I am not using any caching plugins.
September 7, 2017 at 11:44 am #849050Hi,
I can’t also see it on my end even with firefox, can you post a screenshot on how it looks on your end?
Best regards,
NikkoSeptember 7, 2017 at 6:37 pm #849179Yes, here is a screenshot. I cleared history and cache in both browser windows, normal and private. Also, I was not logged into the site when these screenshots were captured. Thank you!

Thanks for providing the screenshot. Can you try adding this css code in Quick CSS (located in Enfold > General Styling):
#header .header_bg { -webkit-background-size: cover; -moz-background-size: cover; -o-background-size: cover; background-size: cover; }
Let us know if this helps :)
Best regards,
NikkoSeptember 8, 2017 at 8:41 pm #849716That did it Nikko! Also, I don’t see the gap in Chrome when I’m logged in. Thank you!
