Hi there,
I have a problem with importing your demo Enfold 2017. I’ve tried it couple times but without success.
I tried import Default demo and it works fine, but 2017 with different error messages.
Its new WP installation, latest theme, tried reset WP, all plugins disabled, but still the same.
I used on the same hosting more your demos on different domain or subdomains and they work well.Do you have an idea how to solve it, please?

What error messages are your receiving? Have you attempted to install via the XML file?

I had couple error messages. Some of them something like Its not possible to install, do it later. Then refresh the browser, then some content is already installed etc.
Nothing helped, reinstall WP, reset DB, reset WP.And I have not tried any install via XML file.

LukasAugust 30, 2017 at 5:21 am #845570Hi,
Use the WordPress importer, go to Tools > Import then upload the .xml file located on wp-content > themes > enfold > includes > admin > demo_files folder.

LukasAugust 31, 2017 at 1:57 pm #846243Hi Lukas,
Well, the script attempts to change max execution time, but is not allowed and it breaks. SO you need to adjust those settings yourself. Here is how to do it:
If you need further assistance please let us know.

VictoriaSeptember 2, 2017 at 8:39 pm #847222Hi Victoria,
Increasing limits didn’t help.
Anyway, I already built my own. So its solved by myself.I have another question. ( I use the Child theme)
I’m trying to change font to my custom font. I’ve already tried plugin Use Any Font but without success and technical support of plugin doesn’t know where is the problem.
So I went and made a package (web font kit) and uploaded woff files to Child theme and add this code to the stylesheet at style.ccs at child theme folder on FTP.@font-face {
font-family: ‘copper_penny_dtpregular’;
src: url(‘copper_penny_dtp-webfont.woff2’) format(‘woff2’),
url(‘copper_penny_dtp-webfont.woff’) format(‘woff’);
font-weight: normal;
font-style: normal; }Then in general styling in the theme setting I added to the Quick CCS this:
body p { font-family: ‘copper_penny_dtpregular’; }
h1 { font-family: ‘copper_penny_dtpregular’;}
h2 { font-family: ‘copper_penny_dtpregular’;}
h3 { font-family: ‘copper_penny_dtpregular’;}
h4 { font-family: ‘copper_penny_dtpregular’;}
h5 { font-family: ‘copper_penny_dtpregular’;}
h6 { font-family: ‘copper_penny_dtpregular’;}
.main_menu { font-family: “copper_penny_dtpregular”; font-weight: bold; }The result is that I don’t see my custom font anywhere on my website. I tried to read your forum but all changes what I did, they didn’t help.
Could you help me with it?
Thank you,September 3, 2017 at 6:54 am #847309Hi,
Are you sure that your font is being imported correctly? Did you try using the full URL for example to make sure it’s fetching the font?
src: url(‘http://yoursite.com/wp-content/themes/enfold-child/fonts/copper_penny_dtp-webfont.woff2’) format(‘woff2’),
Best regards,
