I’ve noticed the last several days (and heard from others) that my website will not load. It sits and spins endlessly, and only loads once you hit the browser refresh again while it’s spinning. Obviously, this is NOT good.
I contacted Flywheel hosting and they did an analysis for me and tell me that there is an issue with some JavaScript on the site.
They tell me:
“The Enfold theme ‘hides’ the site behind that loading screen until everything’s ready, and it looks like a JavaScript error is preventing things from ever getting to that ready point. On refresh, then, I see that some errors in the console disappear. It seems like the issue is a file request for Gravity forms, but I’m not sure Gravity Forms itself is actually the source of the issue; just the way some of its files are being called, maybe. Whatever is going on, it’s with some JS files not loading as they should.”I have this exact same website loaded on a Flywheel staging server with all the same plugins but using a different theme, and there are no loading issues whatsoever. So, I’m not convinced it’s a plugin issue as much as it’s an Enfold theme issue.
Is this something you can address?

Thanks for the login details. First off, could you try deactivating all plugins to see if one of them is causing a conflict please?
Best regards,
RikardAugust 31, 2017 at 3:29 pm #846293Rikard, deactivating plugins was the first step I took.
Also, as I mentioned in my original post, “I have this exact same website loaded on a Flywheel staging server with all the same plugins but using a different theme, and there are no loading issues whatsoever.”
I appreciate your attention and help! :)
August 31, 2017 at 3:36 pm #846301Hey!
I disabled CSS and JS minification in BWP Minify plugin and your page loads on my end at the moment. Please review your website
Cheers!
YigitAugust 31, 2017 at 4:06 pm #846324Hi Yigit. Thanks for taking a look. So it appears there is a compatibility issue between BWP minify and Enfold. That’s too bad. I appreciate you taking the time to have a look.
