    Today I checked with the hosting company and everything is working fine, but the site is very slow they passed me which may be some problem with the site.

    I am also trying to manually update the theme without success. I follow the steps of Video, but copies the files via FTP and continues with the old version.

    The automatic update does not work, so at the beginning of the year I updated manually. Now I need to update manually and I can not.
    I am sending the ftp data for a help.

    Ensure if the zip is the latest version of our theme – to do that, do the download from ThemeForest -.

    Hi,

    What version of PHP are you running on the server? It might need updating. Could you please post WordPress admin login details as well?

    I can upgrade to 7 if necessary.

    Might be a problem with understanding :

    The default installation folder of enfold is: enfold
    Do you like to update by uploading to a new folder called EnfoldNew ?
    On manual update you completely replace the enfold folder by the new one.

    Hi,

    5.2 is a bit low, WordPress officially recommends 5.6 minimum. Could you try updating the PHP version to see if that helps?
