    Hello, I try to register on your website for 2 days, but I keep getting this message:
    “Your password reset link appears to be invalid. Please request a new link below.”

    Each time did you follow the “request a new link below”?
    Just to be sure, you followed these steps?

    For technical support please register here kriesi.at/support/register with your item purchase code .

    Go to https://kriesi.at/support/ select the theme you purchased bookmark the URL.
    Example: https://kriesi.at/support/enfold

    Scroll to the bottom of the page to open a new ticket.

    Yes, I am doing exactly what you posted and I can’t register. I try to use the “lost password” option and I receive an email, I press the link and I get the same message again and again – “Your password reset link appears to be invalid. Please request a new link below.”

    I guess it’s a common issue or you’ve made it extremely difficult for people to register in order to decrease the questions in the forum. I saw this on your website:
    “Problems with registering?
    The registration script communicates with Themeforest and checks your licence key. It sometimes happens that a valid key is not recognized immediately. If thats the case simply wait a few minutes and try again, the verification will usually work then. If it still does not, feel free to send us your verification key via this contact form and we will register you manually.”

    So I guess you will have to register me manually or offer another solution…

    Today I tried to log in and again wrong passwrord. I tried to change it and again I get the same message:
    “Your password reset link appears to be invalid. Please request a new link below.”
    Please avice what to do, this is very annoying problem.
