    I have purchased a second license for a second WordPress site but it will not load.
    Second purchase was made on 8/27/17.
    I am uploading the correct .zip file but I get an error message everytime.
    It is almost like I didn’t get a second license.
    Please help.

    “Are you sure you want to do this?”
    And then a link to “Please try again”
    Which i click, then it fails and just goes back to my Appearance – Themes screen in my WordPress dashboard.

    I had absolutely no trouble at all uploading the first purchased license to my other WP site – it worked like a dream!
    I am totally stuck.

    Have you attempted to install via ftp?

    Install Enfold over FTP
