    Is there any reason why the mp4 video (link is in the private content) would not play when set as a background? I’m getting the error message: ” error loading this resource”.

    This happened to me once, and in my case it was the fact that I had some JS script loading via the “Custom CSS & JS Plugin”. Try disabling any custom javascript, and see if that helps!
