    Hello guys first of all, really good Theme.
    my Anchor on home not work on mobile, and i tried the last tip com Nikko use just #servicos instead http://kognit.com.br/#servicos and not work, any idea ??

    Thank you for using Enfold.

    We are not sure why it’s not working yet but maybe the latest version will fix the issue. Please upgrade to version 4.1.2.

    Ismael, if i upgrade my version i’ll lost all my changes right ??
    The site all finish all ready, i just need to fix some issue like Anchor to mobile etc..
    If u guys have any idea ill appreciate.

    Hi,

    No you should not lose any of your changes, unless you have made changes to any of the theme files? If not then you should be safe, but always have backups ready in case something should go wrong.

    im doing another website right now and the same problem are happing there and the last version of Enfold

    Theme Updates
    No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (4.1.2)
    Check Manually
    im so desperate because i was a week late to finish this project.

    Hi,

    The anchor is working properly on our end so it’s probably related to a plugin or a custom modification in your theme. Please upgrade to version 4.1.2 then disable every plugins.

    Did you know the folder where this js are and the line to me just change for another function ?
    Actually Ismael i start a new project in other host to other cliente and in the begginer i tried to do anchor but do not work aswell, idk why but anyway we can fix that all right.. if u can help me with folder and line will be great.

    Hi,

    It’s located in the js > avia.js file, look for the “avia_smoothscroll” function. Can we check the other website?
