    Hi awesome support team,

    I’m having trouble embedding a YouTube video, any way I do it, i’m ending up with black lines in the background all over the page, which for some reason only appears in Chrome.

    Any ideas how I can fix this?

    Hey markgibbons243,

    Try adding this css code in Quick CSS (located in Enfold > General Styling):

    .avia-video-16-9 {
        padding-bottom: 55.8% !important;
    }

    Hope this helps :)

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    That didn’t work unfortunately, still the same issue.

    Hi,

    Is it still applied? I checked it and it’s still using

    padding-bottom: 56.25%;

    If you have a caching plugin, please flush out the cache and it should work.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Hi,

    No worries, please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

    1. Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
    2. Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
    3. Click ” Create New “.
    4. Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
      ( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ).
    5. Click ” Submit “.
    6. You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.

    When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
    If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Somehow the problem seems to have fixed its self. Not quite sure how, but all seems ok now.

    Thank you for your help anyway!

    Hi,

    Great, glad to hear that it started working. We’ll keep the thread open in case you should have any further problems on the topic.

    Best regards,
