    it only shows the preview photo. no background video playing.

    on normal web site view, it’s fine. mobile does not play.

    please help!

    Hey vlkwatchman,

    Videos will not auto play on mobile devices. This is a device restriction, not a theme or video error.

    Actually, if you are able to somehow set the background video muted it will be available to autoplay it.

    Kriesi and devs could take a look at this possibility.

    Hi,

    Perhaps this is something that can be looked into for future updates as many others have inquired about the restriction. It would still require some level of hacking though. If you need additional help please let us know here in the forums.
