    Hello,

    My booking form is adding fields by it self. It has done that for a long time now, i just thought it was solved, but is not.
    And in general it looks awful.
    This looks like a bug. How can this be corrected please?

    yes i remove it and then its coming back. this happen at least 4 times now on longer period

    I did a new page called https://www.zorbas.dk/booking-test/
    Below on the backend it creates wrong field labels by itself.
    At this moment the wrong fields doesn´t appear on the frontend, but normally they appear.
    It looks like they are duplicated or it wont delete the wrong information in the database, im not sure.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the update. I’m not sure why the contact form element duplicates the field. Is it happening on every contact form? What happens if the cache plugin is deactivated?
