    I am using an iphone and we are having trouble viewing the sub-pages of our main navigation that is using Mega Menu as an option.

    I supplied the link below. The Offices section does not show an arrow that allows the user to view the subpages. The other menu options with a drop down work that aren’t set to mega menu.

    Hi,

    Please do not use the columns as actual menu items. The new menu script will not render empty mega menu columns or columns that do not contain sub menu items. You need to create another “offices” menu item and add a default sub menu. You can then use css media queries to hide the mega menu item on mobile view and display the other, vice versa.

    I am a bit confused by the instructions. I turned off mega menu altogether and created a new custom menu item for “offices”. I’m not sure what you mean by use css media quieries to hide the mega menu. We are fine not using that but even other menu options (not mega menu) aren’t showing on mobile either. “About us” and “Ministries” do not work on mobile either. “School” is the only option that does work.

    Thank you for the update.

    I’m glad that you restructured the sub menu items and disabled the mega menu. I’m getting this error in the console while checking the page.

    styles.css Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)

    It’s from a plugin called “covdio”. Do you have any idea what it’s for?

    I do not have any idea what that plugin is. I don’t see it in the plugins section. I imagine you can turn that off if you can or if you can show me how to get rid of that.

    Hi,

    The plugin is called “Diocese of Covignton Administration System” in the plugins panel. It seems to be created by the previous developers. I don’t want to deactivate it without your permission because of the following note.

    This plug-in handles most of the administration. Please don’t remove unless you know what you doing as the website main functions will not work if this module is removed. For support please contact T2-Design.com or BitsDesigns.com

    We deactivated that admin plugin you mentioned above but it didn’t make a difference on the menu. It appears that the custom links with a “#” is why it the mobile menu isn’t working. The School menu works because it is not a custom link. I entered in http://www.covdio.org/ instead of “#” for now until this is working
