Hi,
I purchased the Enfold theme a few days back seeing the rating. But when I was exploring the theme I found out that Visual Composer is not compatible with Enfold. I’m used to working with Visual Composer. This theme might be great but it’s just not for me, I’m sorry. Can I get a refund please?
Thanks!
Hello there!
Envato/Themeforest handles sales for our theme, so they will also be the ones who will facilitate your request for a refund.
Here is their refund policy: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/202821460-Can-I-Get-A-Refund-
The link to requesting a refund is also there.
I hope that helps! And thank you about the kind words about our theme. We wish you good luck with your website.
Best regards,
Sarah
Thanks Sarah for your response. The thing is, without Visual Composer compatibility this theme is kind of useless to me. I would happily buy an Enfold license in future should the necessity arise. But for now I am sorry that I have to ask for a refund.
I have raised a refund request over there.

Envato needs the author approval to process this. Hope Kriesi would be kind enough to approve the request and escalate the process.
Thanks and much obliged.
I have forwarded the request to Kriesi.
Have a wonderful day!
Best regards,
Sarah
visual composer works great on Enfold.
I use the two together on my blog which has 800,000 hits a month with no issues. that being said I have been migrating my content page by page to the editor built into Enfold instead and when I’m done will be removing VC.
Since Enfold’ s editor has caught up functionality wise as of last year, there is no need to add VC unless you are moving a large site that already has it.
