    Hello,
    My website is suddenly not responsive on mobile devices.
    Preview of the mobile version on a desktop looks fine; however, not on an actual device.

    Please advise on how to fix this issue.

    Hey whitneygeenen,

    Are you using the mobile version option in JetPack? If so then please turn it off. If not then please post admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look.
