    Strange but true, this loader will not work on homepage.
    Ive tried flush, re-install of both wp and enfold and nothing works.
    I have deleted and disabled all plugins and still nothing.
    I have even prayed to god
    help

    Hey Jesus,

    I’m not God but I might be able to help you out anyway. There are some shortcodes displaying on the frontend which I’m guessing has broken the builder, causing it not to load. Could you try to recreate the page without those shortcodes to see if that works?

    You could also try to enable debug mode and copy the shortcode to a new page: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/

    ok, we have just built this page again on 2 different pages. Clean
    works until a certain stage then it just gets the spinning again.

    We have nfi why or whats going on..
    now we need special forces
    Help!!

    Hi capturefour,

    Where did you get this from [av_revolutionslider id=’1′]? There is no such thing in Enfold. Can you create another test page and add sections one by one by with shortcodes, not all at once. And pay attention when, it stops working.

    ok dear friends..
    I am now at boiling point.
    We have built 8 different pages starting fresh.
    We are unable to locate where the issue is as the builder stops working at different stages.
    We have installed your theme onto different clients 67 times and this is the only time it has gone wrong.
    Can you please spend 5 minutes to login and try resolve it please.

    support for this has been unacceptable.
    I feel like I have been sent on a wild goose chase across the forums.
    I have found a solution, Use Avada
    I lost my money with this one but i can promise you that I will make sure I NEVER recommend this theme from this day forward.

    We are very sorry for the confusion. I think my teammates are just trying to provide answers from a previous thread that may help with the current issue because it seems to be related to your server. Where is the site hosted?

    I checked the pages and created another but it keeps on producing the same error.

    wp-auth-check.min.js?ver=4.8.2:1 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘hasClass’ of undefined

    It is related to the “Heartbeat” API which is linked to the “admin-ajax.php” file.
