    Hi, before I decide to buy the Enfold theme for WordPress, I have a few questions:

    1. Slider Images on Homepage: Is it possible to just have 1 static image instead? I don’t want any sliders or moving slideshow.

    2. Is this theme easy enough for a WordPress beginner to customize? I’ve played with free various WordPress themes – but unless you know CSS, you can’t customize 95% of the features. Even simple things like changing the font from Helvetica to Arial require you to modify the CSS. Is the Enfold theme like that, too?

    3. If I buy the theme and am unhappy with it, can I get a full money refund? If so, how many days after the purchase may I get a refund?

    Hey M. H. ,

    1. Yes it is, you could use the Image element or set the image as a background in a Color Section element.

    2. Yes, you can easily change the font in the theme options.

    3. That is not up to us since all sales go through Envato/Themeforest, but I think most customers who wants to return something gets a refund. How long that would take I can’t answer unfortunately.

    Thank you for your reply. You said it was possible to set 1 static image on the homepage instead of having several sliders. You mentioned briefly where I’d go to do this, but I don’t understand your answer. If I were to buy this template, I’d need assistance with this. However, I read that support isn’t given for installation and customization. Am I out of luck? Would support for my issue be considered “customization?”

    No, I wouldn’t want to buy a yearly subscription. I just want to make a 1-time payment.

    Hi,

    You won’t need any customisation to do what I responded to your first question, simply drag the element you want to display and then customise the element in the options available. It’s very easy, I promise you :-)

    If you should need anything that is not included in the theme, that might need customisation though. We can help you out with small changes on the support forum.
