    Hello,
    I am a new french user of enfold theme, that i like very much, and i am very happy to become a part of your community.

    I am trying to make a personnal website, and i have problem with my personalization.
    Menu does not appear like it should, and i got this monstruous thing below, with a big space for menu.
    Picture of my problem

    May someone help me or give me precious advice about how to overcome this problem?

    Hey Sir_G0ran-The_L0rd,
    Is there a chance that the Enfold Theme Options > Header > Header Size has a custom number setting it that large.
    If not, can you please include a admin login in the private content area so we can take a closer look.

    Hello Mike,

    Thank you for your answer. I checked for Header Size but it is on “Slim”.

    Hi,

    I remark that i have this problem only with Firefox. Does that mean that all the people with firefox will see a deformed menu on my site?

    I checked login detail and they are good.

    Hi,
    Thanks for the URL and the login, I was able to login by changing the curly ‘ to standard ‘ in the password.
    anyways, I was not able to reproduce your huge header/menu in Chrome, Firefox, or Edge at any screen size.

    So I don’t know why you are seeing this, do you have browser extensions or addons?
    Have you tried clearing your cache?
    Are you using IOS – Mac?

    Hi Mike,

    Thank you for your help. I too didn’t reproduce the problem with my laptop or smartphone.

    I cleared my cash and i am on windows 10.
    I think is it a local problem with my firefox or maybe an extensions or addons.
