    The Fixed Frame seems to work on the homepage, but doesn’t work on the interior pages? Found that odd. I have cleared my cache, all of them, several times. Any thoughts? Thanks

    Rikard, can you disregard. i think I was having some serious issues with W3 Cache. I just decided to remove W3 Cache and go with a more ideal solution for caching; which now works great! Thank you.
