    So right now the layerslider on the homepage has a 42px transparent space on the top and the bottom that is outlined. The bottom has a white line on the outside and the top has a thin black line on the outside. I want to get rid of this entirely so that the layerslider just shows the images. I have tried all the different layout settings for the slider and nothing seems to work.

    Hi,

    Go to Layerslider WP > All sliders > Homepage Slider > Slider Settings (Wrench Icon)

    From there on there just adjust the Canvas Height value.
